Elki Neiberger
I am a Denver native and graduate of Denver Public Schools (Edison, Skinner, North High). After high school I graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor's degree in Film Studies. I worked in the film business for many years on films, commercials, and TV. I still do periodic work as an Assistant Director or Costumer. I love going to the movies and live theater, reading, being outdoors, road trips, and spending time with my family and friends.My husband Jimmy and I have two amazing children, Jack & Maggie. I started volunteering at Odyssey when my son was in Kindergarten then was hired mid-year. Now, 9 years later I'm still here and still loving it! I am fortunate to work at a place where I am able to grow and challenge myself much like all of the students. Since being at Odyssey I've been on many camping trips and other outings including caving and snowboarding - two adventures I never thought I would take on!
