Shere Dayney
I am a native of Colorado, married with two daughters. Emma is an Odyssey Alumni having attended Odyssey from 1st-8th grade and is currently attending DSST. Petey is in 7th grade here at Odyssey. My husband Steve is in the wind energy business.My first career path was with numerous ballet companies both in Colorado and New York City. My second path took me to the skies where I was a flight attendant for United Airlines for 25 years. My last five years with UAL were with program development. I graduated from C.U. Boulder with a BA in English.
I am the resident volunteer with the 7/8 crews. I have been coordinating SOS (snow board outreach society) for the last four years. Each year I begin the year with a week-long climbing trip with one of the 7/8 crews. I love going on the 7th grade-backpacking trip each spring. It is one of the special highlights of my job.
I love traveling and being in the outdoors, enjoying our wonderful state. I truly enjoy my job here at Odyssey!
